We’re incredibly excited to announce that Open Air Adventure Flights will be part of the Beverley Airshow next April - and we’re bringing our girl Winnie with us, our beautifully restored 1941 Boeing Stearman biplane.
This event will be Winnie’s first major public appearance in Western Australia, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to share her with aviation lovers from across the state.

This isn’t just another date on the calendar — it marks a huge milestone in Winnie’s journey. After nearly a year of restoration, challenges, paperwork, and triumphs, seeing her shine at a major airshow is incredibly special.
There’s also a personal connection: Johan flies and volunteers at Beverley Airfield as part of the local soaring club. He often spends weekends gliding and towing other aircraft into the sky with the club’s Pawnee. Being part of this airshow feels like coming full circle.
We can’t wait to share Winnie’s story, meet fellow aviation lovers, and be part of an unforgettable day in the Avon Valley.
